Effective date: July 26, 2026
Video Hook LLC (“VideoHook,” “we,” “us”) operates videohook.co. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
When you use our contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), the service you are interested in, a project budget range (optional), and your message. We collect this for one reason – so we can respond to your inquiry and scope your project.
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database, hosted by Hostinger, and a copy is emailed to us at oleg@videohook.co. We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, and manage our client work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not use it for advertising lists. We share it only if a law or court order requires us to, or with service providers (such as our hosting company) that are needed to run this website.
This site uses only the basic cookies WordPress needs to function. We do not currently run advertising trackers. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
Our portfolio pages embed videos hosted on YouTube. When you play them, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and collect viewing data under its own privacy policy. We do not control that collection.
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for responding to you and running our business, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email oleg@videohook.co and we will take care of it.
This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
